Every enrolled student now has a named mentor from the faculty, meeting them fortnightly for fifteen minutes. The mentor is the person a parent calls, not the office.
Fifteen minutes a fortnight is not pastoral care and we will not call it that. It is enough to notice a student slipping before a test says so.
